三杯雞炆米 ﹣ 善用剩菜之作
冬至吃剩了三杯雞及一些鮮菇,來個crossover, remake 一道三杯雞炆米,三杯雞本來就多汁,再加一點雞湯來煨鮮菇,混和三杯雞連汁,多加幾片九層塔,便成一道香口的炆米了。
其實多花一點心思,剩菜返吃也能有新鮮感!
